ST-IF is a trading platform for unlisted companies. We provide a solution that enables these companies to allow their existing shareholders and prospective investors to trade in their shares.

To join ST-IF, you will need to complete an application form & sign up with a Registrar to enable your shares to be settled through CREST (the electronic settlement system).

STOCKBROKERS

SHARE-REGISTRARS

• In order to buy or sell shares via the ST-IF in electronic format, you must execute any transaction via your broker.
• SwissDAQ is happy to provide you with basic information on the shares in which you may have an interest e.g. indicative price, whether there is a known purchaser or seller, average trade size, etc., but we are not authorised to execute CREST trades on your behalf.
• ST-IF is authorised to deal with regulated stockbrokers only. 
• Check 'company info' section to find more about the companies' Share Registrar, Stock Broker and about possible ways of executing share trades as residual settlements, if CREST trades are not applicable in your company jurisdiction or if the shares don't have IBAN.

• Shareworks by Morgan Stanley is a recommended share registrar, unrestricted by old working practices, holds a FULL UK ICO LICENCE. 
• Share certificates are emailed as PDF files, though paper certificates are always available upon request.
• Share Registrars charge a one-off fee at the start of each year. There are normally no charges for transfers or for the issue of new certificates.
• SwissDAQ aims to process share certificates within 24 hours of receipt, far out-performing its competition. It's goodbye to waiting two weeks for a new certificate.
• SwissDAQ can handle your dividends for you, as well as postal mailings from as low as £1.5 per letter, printed and posted.
• SwissDAQ share matching is also available to companies which use other registrars. The share matching service is included for no extra charge.
• SwissDAQ share matching module interfaces neatly with most Share Registrars, so it acts like a CREST for unlisted shares.
